Q: Who is RagNOrok Ultra For?

Q: Do I have to take RagNOrok Ultra every day?
A: No, RagNOrok Ultra can be taken anytime you wish to enhance training. We do recommend that you consume RagNOrok Ultra daily if you wish to reap the full benefits from the beta alanine, creatine, nitric oxide boosters, electrolytes and antioxidants in Ragnarok.*
Q: How much do I take?
A: Most people find that one scoop pre workout is plenty. Assess your tolerance by taking one scoop at a time. Do not consume more than 2 scoops at a time and never exceed three scoops in 24 hours. If stimulants are a concern for you Ragnarok is now available in caffeine free versions.
Q: Do I need to increase my water intake?
A: As with any caffeinated product water consumption is critical to avoid dehydration. We recommend consuming a minimum of 128 ounces of water daily.
Q: Are there any side effects?
A: As mentioned above, dehydration can occur if water intake is insufficient. Parathesia (harmless tingling or flushing) can occur in some people due to the beta alanine content but will subside as carnosine levels rise. As with any product containing caffeine, sleeplessness may occur if taken in close proximity to bedtime. For those who train in the evening and do not want sleep to be compromised we recommend the caffeine free version.
Q: Can I take RagNOrok Ultra with food?
A: Yes, but; the effect may take longer to kick in than if taken on an empty stomach. We recommend adding carbs but avoid taking with protein if you want the maximum effect. We purposely left carbohydrates out because we know that many people have their own carbohydrate of preference for pre workout situations. This allows you to add your carbohydrate of choice.
Q: Do the effects wear off in time like many pre workout products?
A: No, the overall support of Ragnarok referring to strength and endurance do not wear off over time.* As with any stimulant containing product you may build a tolerance to the stimulant.* If this is a concern we recommend taking the caffeinated Ragnarok on training days and caffeine free Ragnarok on non training days.
Q: Can I use any additional stimulants with RagNOrok Ultra?
A: NO! Adding more stimulants like caffeine to RagNOrok Ultra is not advised.

Directions For RagNOrok Ultra:
Recommended use to assess tolerance:
As an adult dietary supplement, begin by consuming one scoop of RagNOrok™ mixed with 6-12 ounces of cold water. Adjust the level of water to achieve desired taste. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance and sensitivity. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume one additional scoop of RagNOrok™ mixed with the same amount of water and assess your tolerance again.
Suggested use on training days:
As an adult dietary supplement, once tolerance has been assessed, mix one scoop of RagNOrok™ with 6-12 ounces of cold water adjusting the amount of water for desired taste. For maximum results take on an empty stomach void of protein, at least 2 hours after meals or one hour after a protein shake, 30-60 minutes prior to training. RagNOrok™ may be taken with a simple carbohydrate beverage.
Non-training days:
Mix one scoop of RagNOrok™ with 6-12 ounces of cold water and consume on an empty stomach. May be taken with carbs.
For maximum results:
Consume at least 128 ounces (1 gallon) of water daily combined with a diet rich in healthy proteins & carbohydrates. As with any dietary supplement the effects of RagNOrok™ will be felt differently by each individual due to differences in body composition and chemistry. Some may feel its effects in as little as 5-15 minutes after ingestion, with effects becoming more pronounced every few minutes. Depending on digestion and body make up it may take some individuals 30-45 minutes after ingestion to feel RagNOrok™s full effect. RagNOrok™s maximum effects can be felt for one to six hours, so do not consume it within four hours of bedtime as sleeplessness may occur. Do not exceed two scoops in 24 hours. After 12 weeks of consecutive use discontinue for 4 weeks before resuming. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Warnings: As with any supplement check with your physician prior to use. Do not take if you are unaware of your current medical condition or if you have any per-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high (hypertension) or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or thyroid disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, any mental condition or psychiatric disease, diabetes, pernicious anemia, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other prescription or over the counter medication. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, prone to dehydration, hypoglycemia, or exposed to excessive heat conditions. Do not use this product while exercising in excessive heat. Reduce the dose or discontinue if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches or heart palpitations occur. RagNOrok™ should be consumed by healthy adults ages 18-50.
