Directions For Mega-Pro Nitro Pro: As a dietary supplement take three (3) tablets per day with 16 ounces (2 cups) of water. Use for twelve (12) weeks then take two (2) to four (4) weeks off. Repeat as desired. May be used in combination with creatine products.
