Directions For MoodPak Bliss: As a dietary supplement for adults, begin by taking 1 capsule to assess your individual tolerance. Thereafter consume 2-3 capsules for a more pronounced effect. Product is most effective when consumed on an empty stomach or with light food. Do not consume more than 2 servings in any 24 hour period.

Caution: If you experience excessive dizziness or any serious side effects, decrease dosage and/or discontinue use and call a physician immediately. Always consult a doctor if you are taking any prescription drugs or before starting any new supplement, diet and/or exercise program. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
