Directions: Mix the desired dosage of LeuceMine® and begin sipping at the beginning of the workout to last throughout the training session. On particulary high stress days (such as back and leg day) and 2 scoops to the regular dosage. Typical dosage for men is 4 scoops and 2 to 3 for women.
Mix 1 scoop of LeuceMine® with approximately 6 to 8 ounce of water or juice and shake vigorously. If your desired dose is 4 scoops you should mix with 30 to 36 ounces of water or juice.
