MNT CreA3

Carbohydrate Free CreA3® is a unique formulation of three different creatine sources: Creatine Monohydrate, Kre-Alkalyn® and Creatine Ethyl Ester. The Powder version of CreA3® adds a unique and proprietary carbohydrate matrix ADM-3™ consisting of maltodextrin, dextrose and amylopectin. ADM-3 is added to allow sustained glucose availability to provide raw energy throughout the workout without the mid-workout/mid-training/mid-practice blood glucose dive.

CreA3® ensures maximum bioavailabilty of creatine, i.e. maximum absorption by the gastrointestinal tract and maximum concentration of creatine in the blood stream without a loading phase and without the bloating or other side effects associated with other creatine supplements. Creatine, amino acid and glucose uptake is amplified further with the insulin-mimicking and partitioning agent Inzitol® d-pinitol.

D-pinitol can help shuttle more nutrients to muscle for fuel, growth, repair and recovery.
