Directions For Muscle-Link GH Stak:

Dissolve proper dosage of GH Stak tablets in 8 oz. of water. Stir before taking. Complete full-cycle or half-cycle directions are printed on back panel.

For maximum utilization, Dosage should be consumed on an empty stomach in one of two ways:
1) as soon as you wake up and 1/2 hour before breakfast OR
2) right before you go to sleep and (2) hours after dinner.

If you're only doing the half-cycle, dissolve 2 tablets in 8 oz. of water every morning or night for 5 days. Skip 2 days and repeat cycle. For best results take on an empty stomach, preferably one hour prior to mealtime and 4 hours following mealtime.

Week 1: One (1) tablet in 8 oz water for 5 days, off 2 days; Week 2, 3, 4: Two (2) tablets in 8 oz water for 5 days, off 2 days; Week 5, 6, 7: Three (3) tablets in 8 oz water for 5 days, off 2 days; Week 8: off
