Purified Water, Glycerin, Safflower (Carthamus Tinctorius) Oil, Alkoxylated Diester, Cetyl Alcohol, Progesterone, Sorbitan Stearate, Peg 40 Stearate, Cyclomethicone, Glycerol Stearate, Benzyl Alcohol, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Carbomer, Tocopherol, Propylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide, Grapefruit (Citricidal Seed) Extract, Grapefruit (Citricidal Seed) Extract, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Di-Sodium EDTA

Directions For Life Extension Pro Fem: Premenstrual and perimenopausal women: 1/4 tsp. twice daily starting on day 12 of the menstrual cycle continuing up to day 28.

Menopausal women: 1/4 tsp. twice daily for 21 days followed by 7 days off.

Apply to a different area every day.
