Directions For Life Extension Dual-Action Cruciferous Vegetable Extract With Cat's Claw: One (1) capsule daily for individuals weighing up to 160 pounds. Scientists have identified specific extracts from cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, etc.) that modulate hormones in a way to help maintain healthy cell division.
