Directions For Kaizen Herbalean FX: As a dietary supplement begin by taking 1 capsule twice daily before a meal and/or exercise. Gradually increase serving size to 2 capsules twice daily. Do not take in the evening. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. For best results, use as part of a reduced fat diet and exercise plan.
