Directions For Kaizen Creatine Transport: As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops (100 grams), with 12 ounces of cold water. Stir and serve. Creatine Transport should be consumed 2 times daily, once in the morning and the other twelve hours later or immediately after a workout for 5 days (Initial dose). Take one serving (100 g) immediately after your daily workout, or take one serving upon awakening on non-workout days (Maintenance Dose). After consumption of Creatine Transport, drink an additional 8oz of water to enhance absorption. For maximum results, Creatine Transport should be used for a minimum of 8 weeks. Cycling is not necessary, but can be very effective.
