Directions For Kaizen Creatine Monohydrate:
5 Grams (1 heaping teaspoon) is 5000 Mg of Creatine Monohydrate
Loading Dose: add 5 grams (1 heaping teaspoon) to juice or water, 4 times daily for 5 days. If body weight is greater than 225 pounds, take 1 heaping teaspoon 5-6 times daily for 5 days.
Maintenance Dose: Continue with 5 grams (1 heaping teaspoon) 1-2 times daily. If body weight is greater than 225 pounds, continue with 5 grams 2 times daily. Cycling is not necessary, but can be very effective.

What is it?
Creatine is a nutrient that is naturally found in our bodies. It is made from a combination of the three amino acids arginine, glycine, and methionine. Creatine helps provide the energy our muscles require to move, particularly movements which are quick and explosive in nature. When your muscles contract, the initial fuel for this movement is a compound called ATP (adenosine triphosphate). ATP provides its energy by releasing one of its phosphate molecules. It then becomes a different compound called ADP (adenosine diphosphate). Unfortunately, there is only enough ATP to provide energy for about ten seconds, so for this energy system to continue, more ATP must be produced. Creatine phosphate comes to the rescue by giving up its phosphate molecule to ADP, recreating ATP. This ATP can then be "burned" again as fuel for more muscle contraction.
