Directions For Infinite Labs CarnoCre:
HEAVY TRAINING (4+ workouts per week): As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop of CarnoCre with 8 oz. of cold water in the morning, and 1 scoop of CarnoCre with 8 oz. of cold water in the afternoon everyday.

ENDURANCE TRAINING (1-3 workouts per week): As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop of CarnoCre with 8 oz. of cold water in the morning everyday. CarnoCre should be taken for at least 30 days. For best results take Carno Cre on an empty stomach. To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle consisting of regular physical activity and a proper diet.

Warnings: Do not exceed recommmended dose. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18, those with a medical condition, or those with a history of kidney disease. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Taking this product may cause tingling and flushing sensations. These sensations may be enhanced if taken close or during exercise.
