IDS Quick Release Caffeine Tabs

Directions For IDS Quick Release Caffeine Tabs: Take 1 quick release tablet 1-2 times daily, 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch or physical activity. Best results when taken every day for at least four weeks consecutively. Do not exceed 4 daily.

Warnings: If you are pregnant or nursing, or if you have heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement or seizure disorder, consult a health care provider before using this product. Do not use if you are using monoamine oxidsae inhibitors (MAOI) or for 2 weeks after stopping a MAOI drug, certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, drugs for Parkinson's disease, methyldopa, or any product containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in allergy, asthma, cough/cold and weight control product's). Stop use and call a health care professional immediately if dizziness, severe headache, rapid and/or irregular heart beat, ches pain, shortness of breath, nausea, tremor, nervousness, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, noticeable changes in behavior or loss of consciousness occur.
