We have multiple checks in place to check every order and be as sure as we can that an order is not fraudulent. We will check your billing address, computer IP address, credit card information, and more to protect our fantastic customers.
If you discover an unauthorized charge on your bank statement, please contact our Customer Service department by phone, email, or chat, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once we have located the charge, we will research the issue and block your information from ever being used on our site again. We also highly recommend you contact your bank to notify them of the issue so they can take steps to prevent additional fraudulent charges on your account.
If you would like to file a police report with your local authorities, we are more than happy to assist them with their case. Please ask the acting officer to send a copy of the police report to email@example.com and we will provide them with any information we have pertaining to their case.
