When you place an order, we automatically select the carrier that offers the greatest savings to you to deliver your package as fast as possible. Depending on your ZIP code, your package could be delivered by FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, DHL (international orders only), or USPS (all PO Box, APO, DPO, Alaska, and Hawaii orders.)

UPS Orders (USA):
If your order was shipped by UPS, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided when you placed the order within 24 hours after your order ships.

UPS Orders (Canada):
If your order was shipped by UPS, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided when you placed the order within 24 hours after your order ships. Please note that tracking information does not update for most UPS orders to Canada until after the package has cleared customs.

FedEx Orders (USA):
If your order was shipped by FedEx, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided when you placed the order within 24 hours after your order ships.

USPS Priority Mail:
If your order was shipped by USPS, we have a basic delivery confirmation and tracking number in case there is a problem, however this number is not automatically sent to you. This number can tell us when the order shipped, when an order was delivered, where the package is in transit, or if there was a problem with delivery.

International Shipments:
International UPS shipments (depending on your country) have full tracking information available, however packages shipped with an international postal service or DHL are not assigned tracking numbers. If you prefer to have a tracking number, be sure to choose the either the Economy or Priority option when completing your order.

Order statuses are updated every few hours, so the status might not display or may display an error message. If tracking information still is not available after 12 hours, please contact our Customer Service department.
