Question: What Is My Tracking Number?
Answer: Whether you will get a tracking number depends on which shipping method you chose.
If you have placed an order, you can view your order status and tracking numbers here if one it is available. Only some orders get tracking numbers, as described below.
FedEx Orders (USA): If you ordered by FedEx, you will get a tracking number by e-mail within 24 hours of the time that your order ships. If you have not received this, try checking the Order Status page and if it is not there for some reason, e-mail us at webmaster@bodybuilding.com or call us at 1-877-991-3411 and we can get it for you.
USPS Priority Mail (USA): If you ordered by USPS Priority Mail and your order was over one pound, you will not receive a tracking number by e-mail, but it will be available online on our Order Status page. We will have a basic delivery confirmation and tracking number in case there is a problem. This number can tell us when the order shipped and when the order is delivered, and sometimes it shows us where the package is in transit. It will also tell us if there was a problem with delivery. With Priority Mail, your order should be delivered within 2 - 3 days in most cases.
International Shipments: All Express shipments and some Postal shipments (depending on your country) will have full tracking on them. If you need tracking, be sure to choose the Express option when checking out. If your order is not there on time, you can contact us using our order delay form and we can help you out!
