• USPS Priority Mail 2 - 3 Days starting at $3.99! This shipment method only takes 2 - 3 days and even includes Saturdays! The rates for the USPS Priority Mail are based on the weight of the package. Depending on what is in your shopping basket, the rate will be different. To find out what the fee will be for your order, simply click ORDER next to the products you want to put in your shopping basket. On that first shopping basket page it will show you the full shipping rates. We don't hide the rates on the last checkout page!

• FedEx Ground 2 - 5 Days with a flat rate of $5.99! This service takes between 2 - 5 days including Saturday for Home Delivery. Most shipments arrive in 2 - 3 days since we have three warehouses. FedEx Ground is the best option for heavy shipments, like large bottles of protein. (Note: Heavier shipments may be charged $9.99.)

Remember, we have three shipping warehouses in order to get your products to you FAST and CHEAP! If you order from a site that is on the other side of the country from you, your shipment may take 7 - 14 days to get to you... or longer! We have shipping locations in Boise, Idaho, Tallahassee, Florida, and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania so we can get your order to you much quicker than anybody else.
