Question: How Do I Know If My Order Has Shipped?

Answer: We will send you a shipment notification e-mail as soon as your order ships! This e-mail will tell you which shipping warehouse your order shipped from and what products have shipped, and if there were any backorders. Click here to learn about our shipping schedule.

If you did not give us the correct e-mail address or if the e-mail was lost somehow, you may not get this notification.

You can also view your order status using our online system!

We will also e-mail you within 24 hours if there is a problem with your order that it causing it to not be shipped.
