Question: Which Shipping Location Will MY Order Be Shipped From?

Answer: We have three shipping warehouse in order to better serve you! We have done this to lower the shipping costs and to get your packages to you much sooner. One warehouse is in Boise, Idaho, one in Tallahassee, Florida, and one in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Depending on your location and our stock levels, your order will be shipped from the best one.

How It Works:

If your entire order can be filled from any warehouse, we will ship it from the one that will get there the quickest! Most of the time, but not always, this is the one that is physically closer to your address.

If your order can only be filled from one warehouse, we will ship it from the that one, whether or not it is closer to you. We would rather ship your order today from our farther warehouse than wait for the stock to come back in at the closer warehouse. We do not charge you extra for this!

In some instances, if your order can be filled partially from the closest warehouse with the rest shipped the same day from another warehouse, we will split the order. This insures that you at least get part of the order in the quickest time possible. Although this costs us more for shipping, we will not charge you more!

If only part of your order is in stock in any warehouse, we will most likely ship the part that is in stock and backorder the rest, at no charge to you. Don't worry, we rarely have backorders.

We spare no expense when it comes to making our customers happy!
