If I don't like my results, can I return my empty bottle?
We have worked hard to create a site that will help you to make the best choices when it comes to product that work! If you believe the product that you purchased did not work for you, and you made sure to use the full bottle and follow the directions completely, we can sometimes allow you to return the product for an in store credit, minus the shipping.
If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases. We will not refund you for opened products.
To return the item(s), simply send them in a carefully packed box to:

Please email us at service@bodybuilding.com or call us at 1-877-991-3411 (Domestic) or (+1) 208-377-9994 (International). Let us know your name, order number, the reason you are returning the item, and whether you would like an in-store credit or a replacement. Also, we recommend using a shipping method that assigns step-by-step tracking to your package when returning the item to our warehouse. We will make sure the replacement item is shipped to you within 24 hours of receiving the original item back at our warehouse. We will also email you with a shipping confirmation. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process. You will be charged if there is a difference in price on the replacement item and the shipping fee to send it out to you.
If you ordered the item more than 45 days ago, you can still return the product for an in-store credit. However, we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee. We can take care of this for you right away!
If you placed the order for this item more than six months ago we apologize, for we are unable to accept the return.
