Can I return or exchange a product that I opened already?
If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, then we can give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases. We will not refund you for opened products, but we will gladly help you find a replacement. You can return an opened product as long as you ordered it within the last 45 days. You must return the item(s) to us. We will then give you an in store credit. We can not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you receive resulting from this return of an opened bottle.
To return the item(s), simply send them in a carefully packed box to:

To get a replacement please email us immediately at service@bodybuilding.com or call us at 1-877-991-3411 (Domestic) or (+1) 208-377-9994 (International). Let us know your name, order number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you want an in-store credit or a replacement item. Also, we recommend using a shipping method that assigns step-by-step tracking to your package when returning the item to our warehouse. We will make sure the replacement item is shipped to you within 24 hours of receiving the original item back at our warehouse. We will also email you with a shipping confirmation. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.
If you ordered the item more than 45 days ago, you can still return the products for an in store credit, but we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee. If you placed the order for this item more than six months ago, then we are unable to accept the return. We can take care of this for you right away! Just contact our friendly customer service department and we will take care of any returns you may wish to make.
