How do you handle returned checks?

Our goal is to make Bodybuilding.com the most convenient for our awesome customers. We accept checks with no problem! Unfortunately, some checks do get returned unpaid. To try to recover our losses, we have hired an independent agency to collect these checks.

For your convenience,if your check is dishonored or returned for any reason,Bodybuilding.com will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $25 USD (or legal limit) plus any applicable sales tax. We must charge this because this is the amount we are charged for this service. Bodybuilding.com does not profit off of this. We consider each customer a good friend.

If we still can not collect the money owed, we reserve the right to use other legal methods. If you have any questions or concerns please call our Customer Service Center at 1-877-991-3411 (Domestic) or 1-208-377-9002 (International) and we will help you out.
