Question: How Long Do Refunds Take?

Answer: Once we have confirmed that you are getting a refund, the refund will be processed within 24 hours! If you paid by credit card, it will take up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account. If you paid by check or money order, the refund should arrive in the mail within 7 - 14 business days. We work hard to be sure that your refunds get to you as quick as possible!
