Our goal has always been to get your order to you as fast as humanly possible. We pride ourselves on having almost everything in stock all the time, but on occasion some items are placed on backorder. A backordered item will display with a status that shows "On Backorder."
If you ordered more than one item, we will ship the in-stock items right away. When the backordered item has returned to our inventory, we will ship it out that same day.
To keep international shipping costs down, we wait to ship international orders until all items in your order are in stock. When an item is on backorder, we will email you within 24 hours. If you would rather not wait, contact our Customer Service Center by phone, email, or chat and we'll help you swap the backordered item for an in-stock item.
