If something is on backorder, do you partial ship for no charge?
In almost all cases, yes! Our goal has always been to get your order to you as fast as humanly possible. We pride ourselves on having almost everything in stock all the time, but some things out of our control do cause items to be backordered. A backordered item will appear with a status that reads "On Backorder."
If you ordered more than one item, we will ship the items that are in stock the same day. When the backordered item comes in, we will ship it out that same day.
We wait to ship international orders until every item you've chosen is in stock so you can receive a complete order.
If an item is on backorder we will email you within 24 hours. If you would rather not wait, you may email us at email@example.com with your order number or call our Customer Service Center at 1-877-991-3411 (Domestic) or (+1) 208-377-9994 (International) to change the backordered item for an in-stock item.
