Main Help Page Question: I Did Not Receive My Full Order! What Do I Do? Answer: Don't worry, we will take care of this for you in record time! First of all, let's be sure that a mistake was really made. Mistakes do happen, but they are very rare. We have integrated a full computerized system to make sure that orders are filled correctly! We can look up your order in our system and see what items were scanned and what employees scanned and boxed them. We have three shipping locations, one in Idaho, one in Florida, and one in Pennsylvania. We try our best to ship the full order from one location or the other, but sometimes an item will be in stock in one location but not the other. In order to get at least part of your order to you quick, we may split the order up and ship part from the warehouse that is closest to you and the other part from another warehouse. To find out if your other items are on the way, please check out the shipping confirmation e-mail that you received from us titled, "Ship Confirmation From Bodybuilding.com". In the section of that e-mail that details where your items were shipped from, check to see if the missing items were shipped from another warehouse. If it was shipped from our other warehouse, it should arrive very soon! If it does not say where your item was shipped from, it may have been backordered. If no shipping locations is detailed next to an item, then that may be the case. Click here to learn about backorders and what you can expect. If your shipping e-mail does say that your item should have been included with the order that you received, then you should contact us so we can ship it out to you right away! We feel terrible when this happens and we understand your frustration. We will make sure to immediately ship out your missing item, at no charge to you, of course.
