Question: What International Shipping Methods Are There?

Answer: We have worked hard to find the best possible international shipping methods! Our goal has always been to make it easy for people outside of the USA to order from us. We get many e-mails from customers who appreciate our fast and reliable international shipping.

Shipping Methods:

We have experience shipping hundreds or thousands of packages to almost every country in the world! We have found the best possible shipping methods for you.

The two options on our site enable you to pick whether the local mail service or a courier service is best for you. Packages sent through the mail service will be delivered by your local post office. Packages sent by a courier service will be sent by Federal Express.

In your shopping cart, you can choose one of the following:

• International Express Courier (2 - 5 Days): This is the most popular option by far. We will ship your package by Federal Express. Most likely you will receive your shipment within 2 - 5 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail and it will be available in our order status system. You will have access to all of the information regarding the status of your package including detailed tracking and transit updates. The tracking information will also inform you of up to date information regarding customs clearance and delays.

• International Postal Service (7 - 14 Days): This service is very popular for our smaller, lighter packages. These shipments are delivered by your local post office and will take about 7 to 14 days to arrive. This method is also reliable. If you prefer to have your package delivered by your local mail service, this is the option for you. Tracking numbers are NOT available to customers for most packages that are shipped with this shipping method.

• Canada Post (4-9 Business days): Our Canadian customers will receive their packages via the Canada Post shipping company. Once packages have shipped out from our warehouses they will arrive at the Canada Post sorting facility in Mississauga, ON within four to nine business days, if not sooner! Most orders to Canada arrive well within the nine business day timeframe, so don?t delay, order today!

• Canada Express Shipping (2-3 Business days): Canada Express shipping is an exciting new shipping method for our neighbors to the North! Shipping times are incredibly fast, with most orders to Canada delivered within two to three business days! Make sure to choose this option if you want two to three day delivery to Canada at a reasonable price! Look for this option under the "Delivery Method" dropdown menu on the Cart page.

  As an added bonus, we actually pay for your Customs Duties/Taxes assessed at the border!

  Please note: customers residing in the Northernmost areas of Canada, please allow for a few extra days for delivery. Canada Express brings our warehouse to your front door, in three days or less.

Delays are rare but will depend on the customs agency and rules in your country. Our award winning customer service team will keep track of your shipment and work to make sure you receive your order quickly!
