What are your international shipping rates?

We are proud to ship all over the world, and we work very hard to ensure we have the best available shipping methods! Here are the options you’ll see in the shopping cart:

Super Saver (8 - 20 Business Days): This service is very popular for smaller, lighter packages. Your order will be delivered by your local post office and will take about 8 to 20 business days to arrive at your customs’ agency. This method is reliable. If you prefer to have your package delivered by your local mail service, this is the option for you. Tracking numbers are NOT available to customers for most packages that are sent with this shipping method.

Economy (3 - 7 Business Days): Once your package has shipped from our warehouse it will arrive at one of your country’s customs facility within three to seven business days, if not sooner! Most orders shipped with this method arrive well within the seven business day timeframe, so don't delay, order today!

Priority (1 - 4 Business Days): Priority shipping is an exciting shipping method for our customers! Shipping times are incredibly fast, with most orders delivered within one to four business days! Make sure to choose this option if you want super fast delivery! Look for this option under the Shipping Options on the Cart page. Priority brings our warehouse to your front door, in four days or less.

The pricing of these shipping options will be calculated based on weight, and you’ll see the total in the shopping cart! Our award winning customer service team is there to help you track your shipment and make sure you receive your order quickly, so don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.

Please note: You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your country. Every country is different and it depends on many different factors. When ordering from Bodybuilding.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment. If you do get charged, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges and we receive the products back, we CAN refund you for the products, but we can NOT refund any shipping or return shipping fees. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. AUSTRALIAN and CANADIAN customers enjoy DUTY FREE shopping at this time on orders under $1,000 AUD or $1,600 CAD, respectively. We are working hard to provide the same to customers around the globe!
