How do I use my in-store credit?
In-store credit from Bodybuilding.com can be used just like cash to purchase anything on our site! If you have in-store credit and you wish to:
Check the balance: You can email us anytime at service@bodybuilding.com or call our Customer Service Center at 1-877-991-3411 (Domestic) or (+1) 208-377-9994 (International). A friendly customer service representative will help you right away! Or, while logged into your account, add an item in your cart. The available balance will be shown on the View Cart Page.
Use your credit: If logged into your account, your in-store credit will appear in your cart and automatically apply to your order total. If you wish to not use your credit, you will have to order as a guest (not logged into your account).
Credit does not appear in my cart: Your credit is tied to two things: your account and the currency in which the credit was issued. Be sure that you are logged in into your account and that your country's flag and name appear at the top left of the page.
There is no expiration date for in-store credit, so feel free to use it at your leisure!
