Placing an Order

We have multiple checks in place to verify every order and be as sure as we can that an order is not fraudulent. We check your billing address, computer IP address, credit card information, and more to protect our fantastic customers.
If you discover an unauthorized charge on your bank statement, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately by phone, email, or chat; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once we have located the charge, we will investigate the order and block all fraudulently used information. Fraudulent charges should be disputed with your bank so they can prevent further compromise of your account. We will block your payment information to prevent it from being used on our site again.
If you would like to file a police report with your local authorities, we are more than happy to assist them with their case. Please ask the acting officer to send a copy of the police report to email@example.com and we will provide them with any information we have pertaining to their case.
