Question: What Is A Dropship?

Answer: A dropship is a product ordered that ships directly from the original manufacturer, rather than from one of our three warehouses. These items ordered are automatically forwarded to the manufacturer once your order is processed through our site. The dropships, being a mere 2% of the items we sell, are still as important as the items sent directly from our warehouse, and are assessed immediately to be shipped through them.

When you view an item online the information will either be disclosed within the product page or the manufacturer’s main page as to whether or not it is dropshipped. Here is a list of the dropship manufacturers that we do sell:

In Stock?

Unless notated on the product or ordering pages, the item(s) should be in stock. If the item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by the manufacturer within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Transit Times

These products are generally shipped from the manufacturer within 2 to 3 days of receiving the order and can take 7 to 14 business days for delivery, if not sooner. The manufacturer will not directly email the shipping status or the tracking information. However, we do have access to their direct contact information and are able to obtain any information available.
