How to access your country’s store?
Bodybuilding.com now offers a store specific to your shipping country! To access your store, click “change country” at the top of the page. You will see a list of all of the countries we ship to. Click yours, and you’re well on your way to your next supplement purchase!
How to ship to a counrty other than my own?
If you need to have items shipped to a different country, you will need to change the store to the appropriate shipping country. For example, if you’re shopping in the Brazil store- you can only ship to Brazil. But, if you’re shopping in the US store, you can ship to any country of your choice. Product restrictions for each country will still apply in the US store. While shopping the US store (as opposed to your country store), you are also subject to different pricing and shipping rates. We do not price match between our stores.
I cannot find the product I am looking for?
If you are searching for a product you’ve seen on our site, but cannot find it in your country store, it is likely not available to be imported to your country. Items that are not available to be shipped to your country will not be listed. Each country has different rules and regulations and we keep up with all of them! If an import regulation changes in your country, we’ll update your store accordingly. The shopping cart says the item(s) cannot be shipped to my country?
If you are shopping in our US store, you will be able to add any item to your shopping cart. But, if you select your shipping country and there is an error- it means that the item(s) that are flagged have import restrictions to your country and will not be allowed through your customs agency. What currency are the prices in?
If you are shopping within your country-specific store, your currency may be the default currency! It will specify in the item pricing as well as in the shopping cart at time of check out.
If you are shopping within your country store and items are still priced in US dollars, we are not yet using your currency- but should be switching to it very soon!
I do not see a store for my country?
