Within twenty minutes of submitting your order, our warehouse is picking and packing your items. After we have started picking the order, we are unable to make any edits to your order.
If your package has already been shipped, sorry, but it is too late to change the shipping or payment method. After the order arrives, return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fee. For more information, check out our Returns section.
If your order has not shipped, call our Customer Service Center and we can cancel the order and help you submit a new one with the updated shipping address.
