Within twenty minutes of submitting your order, our warehouse is picking and packing your items. After we have started picking the order, we are unable to make any edits.
Please check the status of your order and if it has not shipped, contact our Customer Service department. If your order has already shipped and we are unable to change it, after it arrives, you can return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fees. For more information, check out our Returns section.
