Within twenty minutes of submitting your order, our warehouse is picking and packing your items. After we have started picking the order, we are unable to make any edits or cancel your order.
Please check the status of your order and if it has not shipped, contact our Customer Service department so we can cancel the order and refund your payment. If your order has already shipped and we are unable to cancel it, after it arrives, you can return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fee. For more information, check out our Returns section.
