How often do you have backorders on products?
We have worked hard to create a system that nearly eliminates backorders! With our three warehouses, we almost always have stock in (at least) one location. We also maintain close relationships with all of our vendors, so if a product is running low- we work with them to make sure their next shipment will arrive before we run out. If an external factor does result in a product being out of stock- then it will be clearly marked in the store and shopping cart.
