On occasion to protect our customers, we may ask for additional information in order to verify an account. If we need additional verification, we may ask you to verify the billing address for the card used or provide a picture of the cardholder's government issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver's license.
To protect our customers and ourselves against fraud, when an order is suspected as fraudulent, it will be canceled and payment is voided.
