Bend the metal disk inside the pad both forward and back until the liquid begins to crystallize.

Massage the pad vigorously to distribute heat.

Apply to area where therapy is desired.

To revitalize pad: Place pad into a pot of continuously boiling water for approximately 10 to 15 minutes or until liquid inside pad is clear. Avoid letting the pad come in direct contact with the pot when boiling. When boiling, place a small plate or dish towel between pad and surface of pot. Remove the pad and let cool. If pad reactivates during cooling, repeat the boiling process. For best results, revitalize pad within 48 hours of use.
