Directions For Gaspari Nutrition Cytolean V2: As a dietary supplement, take 3 (three) tablets once a day in the morning. Powerful Stimulant: Do not exceed 3 (three) tablets per day and 4 (four) weeks of continuous use and do not take within 6 hours of sleep.
