Harbinger: Tricep Rope

The Tricep Rope is designed to help lifters do exercises that target the upper body. Made out of heavy-duty coated nylon that is 1" in diameter, Harbinger´s Tricep Rope can be used for training triceps, biceps, back, shoulders and abs. All these muscle groups are important for increasing overall upper body strength and toning noticeable areas.

The rope is 36-inches in length for full tricep and arm extension. The rope´s molded and ribbed rubber ends are ergonomically designed to provide the maximum in traction and pulling leverage during use. Rubber rope ends have an internal bearing mechanism that provides full rope rotation during training. The rope is supported by a forged steel grommet that hooks into any universal gym system.
