1. Gently pull apart handle.
2. Start at one end of weight resistance cap and gently pull up.
3. Remove cap.
4. Keep handle spread as far apart as possible- this means that the heads of the handles will be as close together as possible.
5. Hold weight resistant cap at 45 degree angle.
6. Insert one end of weight resistance cap downward onto rounded head of handle.
7. Slowly roll weight resistance cap downwards onto the second handle head until the weight resistance cap is firmly locked in place.
