Directions For Green Foods Magma Plus: Stir 3 teaspoons into an 8 oz. glass of water or your favorite juice. Do not mix with hot liquids since heat will neutralize active enzymes. Recommended once or twice daily on an empty stomach (20 minutes before, or 2 hours after a meal).
