Directions For German American Technologies BCAA's:
Take 4-6 capsules 15 minutes before training
Take 4-6 capsules during training
Take 4-6 capsules immediately after training
Take 4-6 capsules before bedtime

Important:
Drink 1-2 glasses of fruit juice immediately after training to spike insulin.
