Directions For Fake Bake Xtreme Self-Tanning Gel: Always exfoliate before the first application of any of our self tanning products. Always wear gloves. Our gel takes only a small amount to cover an area. Pump into your gloved hand and apply in a circular motion. We recommend a nighttime application. Normally apply once a week; however you decide how dark you want to be.
