Directions For Elite-K XS:
Men 225 lbs. and under:
Take 2 teaspoons 1 hour before workout, take 1 tsp. either 4-5 hours before or after other dose depending on workout time. Off days take 1 teaspoon in the morning.
Men 226 and above:
Take 3 teaspoons 1 hour before workout and take 1 tsp. either 4-5 hours before or after first dosage depending on workout time.
Off days take 1 teaspoon in the morning.
Women take:
1-2 teaspoons 1 hour before workout and take 1 tsp. either 4-5 hours before or after first dosage depending on workout time.
Off days take 1 teaspoon in the morning.
Important:
A.M. Workouts take 2-3 tsp. 1 hour before workout and take 1 tsp. 5 hours later.
