Creatine provides your muscles with the high-energy molecules needed to produce energy. Increasing your body’s creatine stores promotes phosphocreatine re-synthesis and subsequent quick-energy production–to help provide the support you want to train harder.* In fact, creatine has been suggested to promote increased strength and maximal power by up to 15% and can also improve lean body mass.*

TAURINE

Taurine plays an important role in muscle contractions. It has been demonstrated that physiological concentrations of taurine can alter muscle tension development by increasing the calcium ion sensitivity of contractile proteins. The development of tension is part of muscle contraction.

CARBOHYDRATES

Glycogen-load carbohydrates are potentially the most effective means of increasing total creatine accumulation in the body. The addition of carbs in Phos HP promotes rapid creatine uptake, encouraging peak power.*
