Dymatize Xpand

Directions For Dymatize Xpand: Take 4 caplets with an 8 oz. glass of water once in the morning and once in the evening. To maximize results, do not eat a meal within 30 minutes before or after you take Xpand�. Consume at least 64 oz of water daily while using Xpand�.
