Directions For Dymatize Dyma-Burn Xtreme: Take two (2) capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session and take two (2) more capsules at mid-afternoon. Initially, take half the recommended amount (one (1) capsule 2 times daily) for the first 7 days to determine your tolerance. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

Warnings: Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before using this product if you have any preexisting medical conditions, including high blood pressure, heart or thyroid problems, nervous disorders, diabetes, or are taking any medication.
