All in-stock USA orders are shipped within 24 hours and should be at your door within 2 - 3 days from that time (not counting Sundays) if you ordered by USPS, or 2 - 5 business days if you ordered by FedEx. If you ordered later in the day, your order would have been shipped the next day. This means that it could take 4 days from the day you submitted the order... not counting Sundays of course. International orders should arrive within 4 - 10 business days.

Very rarely an order is delayed. There are a few reasons why this could happen.

It may have been delayed in the post office.
If international, customs may have held it for inspection for a few days.
There may have been a problem filling the order.
A number of other rare things may have happened that we can check on.
