My order has shipped and has not yet arrived, what do I do?
All in-stock USA orders are shipped within 24 hours. So, if your order was shipped using USPS, then it will be delivered within 2-3 business days, which does not include Sunday. If your order was shipped using UPS or FedEx it will take 2-5 business days. This means that it could take up to four business days from the day you submitted the order.
International orders should arrive within 4-10 business days depending on which shipping method you selected.
99% of our customers receive their order within that time period! If you do not receive your order in that time frame, please fill out the form below. Do not panic! We will find out what happened and get your order to you quick. Our number one goal is making sure all our customers are 100% satisfied!
Very rarely an order is delayed. Here are a few reasons why this may happen:
It may have been delayed in the post office. For international customers, who are utilizing Global Mail, your Local Post Office may experience a delay in delivery time. Additionally, there may be a delay in delivery, due to international customs package inspection.
There may have been a problem filling the order.
