Directions For White Blood 2:
Initial (first serving) Directions: Start by taking 1 tablet to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.
Directions for Regular Use: Take 3 tablets 45-60 minutes preworkout with at least 16 ounces of water. For best results, WHITE BLOOD 2™ should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with at least a gallon of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
