Directions For CMI NO3 Overload Mix: Use on training days only. This is an extremely powerful workout tool that is to be consumed on workout days only. Take 1 serving (scoop) 30-45 minutes prior to training with 6-8 ounces of cold water or beverage. Hardcore bodybuilders and athletes may take up to 1.5 servings (scoops). Avoid eating food or drinking a protein shake within an hour after consuming NO3 Overload Mix.

NOTE: To avoid sleepless, do not take within 4 hours of bed time. Taking NO3-Overload with food or on a full stomach will diminish its effects. Additionally, while taking NO3-Overload it is ideal to keep L-glutamine powder supplementation to 10 grams or under per day. Taking a product that contains ephedrine will also diminish the effects of NO3-Overload. Many individuals may notice the initial energy, mental focus, and volumizing effects withing 5-15 minutes of ingestion. Thee effects tend to become progressively more pronounced every few minutes thereafter. Other may begin to notice initial signs within 30-45 minutes of ingestion.
