Directions For Smart Weight Loss Starter Kit: Take one serving (2 capsules) of the AM formula with a glass of water approximately 30 minutes before your first and second meals of the day. Then, 30 minutes before your third meal of the day, take once serving (2 capsules) of the PM formula with a glass of water. Do not snack between meals or after dinner. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or 6 capsules in a 24-hour period. For best results use for 8-12 weeks in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Consume 8 to 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label and follow directions provided.
