Directions For Blue Star Nutraceuticals Extreme Rush: Always begin with 1 serving a day to assess tolerance.
Workout Days: Take 1 serving of Extreme Rush upon rising and one serving 15 minutes before your workout.
Non-Workout Days: Take 1 serving of Extreme Rush upon rising. Do not exceed 2 servings a day. Stay well hydrated.
